Frequently asked questions
Iris photography highlights the uniqueness of your eyes by transforming their intricate details, vibrant colors, and individual patterns into personalized photographic artwork that is entirely yours.
Using custom equipment, we capture every singular, soulful detail of the eye in a one-on-one setting to create intimate, distinctive works of art across a variety of mediums with a focus on prints suitable for framing. Additional printed products will also be available soon.
Not at all! Iris photography is completely safe and non-invasive. The process involves a high-resolution photograph of your eye using specialized equipment — there’s no physical contact or discomfort involved.
While each iris photography appointment is slotted for 30 minutes, the actual photography takes less than 10 minutes. We spend the rest of the time getting to know you, reviewing the imagery together, and helping you select the best format to showcase your one-of-a-kind piece of artwork.
You can come as you are for an iris photography appointment! There’s no need to dress up, style your hair, or wear (or remove makeup).
Yes, people who wear contacts can have their iris photographed. If you wear contacts, we may ask you to remove them to ensure a clear and detailed image. If that is the case, we provide contact cases and cleaning fluid for your convenience.

We typically recommend iris photography for children ages 5 and up. However, if a child is younger but can remain still and focused on the camera, we can certainly accommodate them, as our system is safe for all ages.
Walk-ins are always welcome but reservations ensure we can dedicate the proper amount of time to your session.
Iris photography pricing varies based on factors such as the number of irises in the image and the size, style, and format of the final artwork. Additional products or custom edits may also affect the price. For a detailed breakdown, please visit our product page or reach out to us directly.
Prints at the Studio can be available next day. For pop-up events prints will typically ready for pickup the following week. For custom products, turnaround times may vary, and we’ll give you an estimated delivery date during your session.
