  • How long does the process take?
    The entire process takes about 10–15 minutes per person, including capturing the photo and reviewing it together.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    While walk-ins are welcome at most pop-ups, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Availability is limited, and reservations ensure we can dedicate the proper time to your session.
  • Why do pop-ups have reservation fees?
    The reservation fee secures your spot at our pop-up events, ensuring that we can properly plan for each session. It helps us manage time and resources to give you the best experience. Plus, the fee is applied toward the cost of your final artwork.
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Absolutely! Friends and family are always welcome to join you.
  • How does iris photography work?
    Iris photography uses specialized equipment to capture a high-resolution image of your eye. The process highlights the unique patterns, colors, and textures of your iris, turning it into a stunning piece of art.
  • How much does it cost?
    Pricing varies based on factors like the number of irises in the image, as well as the size, style, and format of the final artwork. Additional products or custom edits may also affect the price. For a detailed breakdown, please visit our product page or reach out to us directly.
  • Is there a minimum age?
    We typically recommend iris photography for children aged 5 and up. However, if a child is younger and can remain still and focused on the camera, we can certainly accommodate them, as our system is safe for all ages.
  • Does it hurt?
    Not at all! Iris photography is completely safe and non-invasive. The process involves a high-resolution photograph of your eye using specialized equipment—there’s no physical contact or discomfort involved.
  • What should I bring to my session? What if I wear contacts?
    Simply bring yourself! No preparation is needed. If you wear contacts, we may ask you to remove them for the photo to ensure a clear and detailed image. We provide contact cases and cleaning fluid for your convenience.
  • When do I get my print?
    Prints from pop-up events will be ready for pickup the following week. For custom products, turnaround times may vary, and we’ll give you an estimated delivery date during your session.
